One of our original goals at Fresco Valley Cafe upon opening the doors was to succeed at becoming a premiere catering service in the greater Santa Ynez Valley. Now, in our third year of business, we can happily say that we are meeting our goals and watching our catering business grow. One of our biggest accomplishments thus far is developing our “Wine Tour Catering” via our boxed lunches that we pack in-house for wine tasting groups coming from all directions. Furthermore, we have developed excellent relationships with the local wineries in the ever growing industry, and work regularly with wineries such as Zaca Mesa, Bridlewood, Sandford, Babcock and Fess Parker, assisting them with catering whenever needed. Looking forward, we are seeing an increase in demand for catering in the wedding realm (as the Santa Ynez Valley is now a premiere wedding destination) and plan to fine tune our services at that as well..
